| Right after removing the aluminum fascia, I began to realize it was going to be bad. The fascia board is completely rotted out here above the kitchen window. | |

| After removing the soffit and fascia, it's revealed that the bottom roof board is completely shot. All 37 feet of it - there isn't 1 foot worth keeping. Also, 12 out of 29 rafter tails are crumbling. There were plastic grocery bags stuffed in holes in the roof board. How can anyone let a roof get that bad?!?! |
